Who is it? Marlene Torres. She is 26 years old and when she was in high school she was already drawing fashion sketches. She took a course in fashion design at ESART, in Castelo Branco, and did an internship at Beautiful, where she ended up staying for two years. Afterwards, she wanted to go and teach in elementary schools, while developing some pieces for Cocktail Molotof and Zareca ’s Story, both in Miguel Bombarda. Finally, she decided to create her own brand and open a store at the Bombarda Shopping Center, where she has been since 2008.

What does it do? Her clothing brand is called Amilod Zareg, the same name as the store. The term was born from the inversion of her homeland: Geraz do Lima. Each season creates a collection, and most pieces are unique. However, if you want to change a fabric, or make some adjustments, it can also be arranged. You can even get there with a theme and an occasion, and she'll draw you a unique sketch for you. The Autumn/Winter collection is inspired by period films and uses feminine details from lace to velvet and fur. In addition to clothing, she also develops bags, hats and hair applications.
